By accessing and using HODL Desktop ("the site"), available at hodl2013.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the site.

1. Purpose of the Site

HODL Desktop is a digital showcase and interactive tribute to the cultural legacy of GameKyuubi and the early cryptocurrency era. The site exists to present, in an immersive format, what the digital life and financial world looked like around the time GameKyuubi authored the legendary "I AM HODLING" post on BitcoinTalk in 2013. All media, imagery, memes, text content, audio, and visual materials displayed on the site are presented strictly for showcase, educational, and historical purposes within this context.

2. Content Ownership & Copyright

All content on this site is protected. This includes, but is not limited to: images, memes, audio files, video clips, text, logos, user-submitted artwork, design elements, and any other media displayed or hosted on the site. Content may include materials that reflect the cultural environment and digital life associated with GameKyuubi and the early HODL movement.

The HODL Desktop interface, design, source code, and associated branding are the property of the HODL project and its contributors. The Windows XP-inspired design is a nostalgic homage and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation.

3. Prohibited Use of Content

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, downloading, saving, screenshotting for redistribution, or otherwise reproducing any media or content from this site
  • Distributing, sharing, reposting, or republishing any content from this site on any other platform, website, social media account, or publication
  • Using any content from this site for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, advertising, or promotional materials
  • Embedding, hotlinking, framing, or otherwise displaying content from this site on external websites or applications
  • Using automated tools, scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract, index, or harvest any content or media from the site
  • Modifying, adapting, creating derivative works from, or altering any content obtained from the site

This site is a view-only showcase. Content is displayed within the site for on-site viewing only and is not made available for download, redistribution, or reuse in any form. Any violation of these restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

4. User-Generated Content
